Submit your books to PGX
PGX makes submitting your books as simple as possible.
First, download one of our submission forms and fill it out.
Please note that there is currently some conflicting information on the 2nd page of the submission form. The correct date for the Modern service is 1978 and newer. The Standard service is through 1977. Please refer to the accurate information on the PGX services page until we can correct the information on the submission form.

All books sent to PGX are fully insured while they are at the PGX facility and when they are shipped back.
We can encapsulate odd shaped books (smaller than Modern Age books). If you are unsure about a book please call or e-mail us.
When we receive your books you will be sent an e-mail informing you that the books have arrived, and we will provide you with an estimated date for return shipping. When we ship books back to you, we will send another e-mail letting you know they are on their way, and we will include a tracking number.
