The PGX service and commitment to accurate grading is second to none. I sent in 14 books on behalf of my father and they came back looking great in the PGX holder. I will recommend PGX to others in the Toronto area that badly need this service. Long live PGX!

When running a company, it’s easy to provide good customer service when things are running smoothly. It’s when a problem occurs, that providing good service can be a challenge and will cause the ship to float or sink. Recently, I sent a single book to you guys and there was a problem because of a glitch you had with your shipping company. Well, to make a long story short, the book was not traceable for a couple of weeks and I was getting a little worried it might be lost. After calling, I was very impressed that you folks took the time to work to resolve the matter. You confirmed my book was in fact shipped and took the time to call me at home to reassure me that all was well. A few days later, the book arrived in perfect shape and was beautifully encapsulated, as I expected. I was also very pleased with the grading! On top of that, you guys promised to make things up to me on my next order, which I’m sure you will. I realize there is no such thing as a perfect world. Problems pop up; its how we address them when the time comes that determines our real strengths. I wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service and personal care I received. I was a PGX customer long before this incident happened and I will continue to be in the future. Your product is fantastic and the customer service is exemplary! Thank you…

Dear PGX,
I wanted to drop a line to say how impressed I have been with your service. Ive heard a lot of slams from CGC and CGC supporters, but I thought Id give your service a try. I received a prompt email to confirm receipt of the books. The books were graded on time and I got my tracking number on shipment. The shipment arrived professionally packed, extremely secure. The books, in my opinion, were graded accurately. The holder is as good as CGC if not better. I also feel like I got great value out of the service, as the fees were very reasonable.
As I get more books in I will definitely use your service again.

Continuing adventures in PGX customer service
Hi Guys. Just got back my eight comics you graded and I’m very impressed. The holders look great and are the best in the grading world. They are clear, sturdy, easy to handle and stack nicely. You even managed to fit my slightly oversized “Space Giants” into the holder without any bends or waves. You also got my comics back to me when you said you would.
Once again thank you for the timely grading of my comics and look forward to my next submission.

I received my books a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the service. In my opinion I prefer the holder and turn around times provided by PGX over the competition. There is no reason for the competition to be viewed in a higher regard anymore, PGX has arrived!

I want to say that I think you are far superior to your competition. You have a better holder, more consistent strict grading, better pricing across the board,& better customer service. The only reason the other company is more recognized is that they came first & there seems to be a bias due to that(usually by people who have never used your service). Anyway, keep up your usual good work. Thanks!

Thanks for the prompt response to my questions. After I had sent my e- mail to you, I decided to check out what people were talking about online in regards to PGX. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed with all the positive things I had read! Even the negative feedback seemed to be more of an issue with slabbing vs. raw books and people wanting to drop names than negativity towards your company. I am also glad to see that you personally answer so many posts at fan sites, especially those of the nay-sayers. It adds a certain level of comfort knowing that someone is actually reading my e- mail and seems to care about customer service. I have been waiting for a batch of comics to come back from the other company and since it has been about 8 weeks since they were received, I have been attempting to find out when I might be able to expect them…….still waiting on a reply for the better part of 10 days now. I wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how I feel about your company, and to thank you for your service and consistency. Grading comics is an impossible task to do consistently and accurately, which is why we now have 3rd party graders such as your self. The hard part is detaching your self completely and then giving an honest appraisal about the whole book, not just the cover. I personally feel your company is by far the best out there for the collector and for the hobby long term. First and foremost you have provided a wonderful holder, which is by far stronger, and safer for the comic. The design matches strength with looks, and safety. Second, in my humble opinion your grading is very, very, very consistent. I also feel more in line with my true appraisal of books. I will actually bid more on a PGX book in the same numeric grade over other graded books because I know it will be a better looking comic in the same grade. I know this because I am a collector who really doesn’t care about a grade per say, but how the book looks to me. Grading is necessary as comics have grown in price, where a .5 difference on some books can mean thousands of dollars. At this point I believe having an impartial 3rd party is of absolute necessity. It also helps track and preserve our pop culture heritage, not that I am a 100% advocate of grading all books, but the norm for selling at a fair market value does seem to be that of graded books. PGX is my choice for grading, and should be considered a valid choice. For any on the fence give them a try as they are fast, consistent, and provide the safest, strongest, and least expensive service available. I trust PGX with my valuable treasures. I feel like no matter how big or small you are in the comic world PGX will treat you the same. I will be sending you more books for preservation and switching all of my CG? books to your holder. Keep up the good grading, excellent service, and pricing! Looks like a tri-fecta! Make mine a PGX Please! Sincerely,

PGX, I am a first time customer and now, I am a full time customer. Certificates and pic’s placed in the case and your turn around time is the best. Certificates and Pic’s for our private collections rather than just selling on ebay is wonderful. Autograph books that my son and I collected from Superheroes convention in the Carolinas, Pittsburgh comicon, Chicago Comicon and others makes a great touch to our personal collection regardless of grade and pic’s of artist autographing our books with us. My favorite is the Chaos crew picture encased in the back of the book, prior to the passing of Steven Hughes on our Lady Death #1 (Leather Cover) that happened to be a Mint 9.9. I am sending you more books today and you guys are now my Grading Company of choice. Viva PGX. I salute you guys.
