Thanks for the prompt response to my questions. After I had sent my e- mail to you, I decided to check out what people were talking about online in regards to PGX. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed with all the positive things I had read! Even the negative feedback seemed to be more of an issue with slabbing vs. raw books and people wanting to drop names than negativity towards your company. I am also glad to see that you personally answer so many posts at fan sites, especially those of the nay-sayers. It adds a certain level of comfort knowing that someone is actually reading my e- mail and seems to care about customer service. I have been waiting for a batch of comics to come back from the other company and since it has been about 8 weeks since they were received, I have been attempting to find out when I might be able to expect them…….still waiting on a reply for the better part of 10 days now. Book arrived safely. Please allow me to advise that I am extremely pleased with the speed, professionalism, pricing, packaging and all-around fine service that your company has provided in grading my book. I must say also that I find the holder to be excellent; seems somehow stouter than the ‘other guy’s.’ I look forward to sending many more books in the future.
